She use a program called Jaws [a well-known screen reader] that she installed on her computer and that she receives scripts via email. By default, it reads the script back to her, which is how she learned her lines by heart.
I use my phone with an app that allows Siri to read everything to me. She claimed that this gives her the freedom to access and study the content on her own.
When she first started shooting, navigating the set was intimidating, but with help and some familiarity, Maree is thrilled to say that she now knows the set like the “back of my hand.The directors adjustd their strategy to accommodate her requirements. According to her, they offer thorough verbal explanations of scenes, blocking, and camera angles.
