Khanyi Mbau revealed her new look after surgery. She sparked debate because her new face looks different from what people knew it to be before.

Why is Khanyi looking different?

In August 2024, Khanyi Mbau did surgery on her face to look young. She underwent a blepharoplasty surgery, ‘a procedure that reduces bagginess from your lower eyelids and removes excess skin from your upper eyelids.’

After the surgery, her face was swollen, and you couldn’t recognize her. It was a healing process that she shared with her followers on Instagram. A lot of people were calling her an alien. Since then, she has been sharing pictures of her new face on social media and has never appeared in public.

So recently there was a function of launching a Netflix film called Meet the Khumalos; that’s where Khanyi Mbau appeared for the first time in public. Her new face shocked a lot of people. With some thoughts that she looks terrible while others still think she is beautiful.

How does she look now than before?

Khanyi displayed different faces throughout the years after going through surgeries. At first she was a beautiful Black woman. Secondly, she changed her nose to look straight and bleached her skin. Later she decided to undergo surgery to look younger so her skin doesn’t show wrinkles.
