Shona Ferguson, together with his wife Connie Ferguson, was an executive producer and co-founder of Ferguson Films. Shona, on the other hand, died at the age of 47. Shona died at Milpark Hospital as a result of Covid-19 problems. The actor is well-known for his roles in films such as Rockville, The Queen, and The Wild. Shona made his Netflix debut in 2020, collaborating with the streaming voice on the sixth season of Kings of Joburg.

Lieb Bester

Lieb Bester

Lieb Bester was a South African musician and actor. He was most recognized for his role as Frits Retief in Villa Rosa, a kykNET soap opera. The veteran actor and musician died at the age of 72 after battling Covid-19 twice. He was hospitalized twice for Covid-19, and during his second hospitalization on 3 July, the renowned died. Lieb was also a musician who could be heard on the piano, organ, guitar, concertina, and accordion.

Ben Kruger

Ben Kruger, a professional actor, writer, and producer best known for his part in Binnelanders on kykNET(DStv 144), passed away as a result of Covid-19 problems. He passes away at the age of 64. Kruger was well known for his roles as Okkie Ferreira in Stark Films’ weekly Afrikaans series Binnelanders and as instructor Christo de Wet in Skooldae. He was born in 1957 and has been in a number of radio dramas, ads, and theatrical plays. Kruger has appeared in a number of drama series, including Zero Tolerance, 7de Laan, Generations, and Jacob’s Cross.

Steve Kekana

Steve Kekana was a singer and composer from South Africa. In the 1990s, he began his career. After testing positive for Covid-19, the Legendary died at the age of 62. The artist lost his sight when he was five years old and attended a school for the blind in Pietersburg, where he developed an interest in singing. Throughout his career, the award-winning musician released over 40 albums.
