Cwecwe is an 8-year-old girl in 2025 who was raped in October 2024 at school in Matatiele. The issue escalated after the mother kept on fighting for the justice of her daughter. She appeared in a podcast called Hope Revolution TV, explaining in detail what really happened.
What really happened to the girl Cwecwe?
According to the mother, her daughter Cwecwe went to school in October 2024. She was 7 years old. So after school, their transport was delayed to fetch them. Due to the delay of the transport to come and fetch her, that’s when Cwecwe was raped.
From what the child remembered, she was told by a caretaker at school, whom they called Uncle, to come and clean the classroom. She doesn’t remember what happened to her after that. It seems as if the perpetrator drugged the girl so he could rape her without her screaming from pain. Remember the child was only 7 years old, so she could have screamed from pain.

How did the mother discover that Cwecwe was raped?
After school, she came back late; hence, the transport was delayed. She was complaining about the stomachache. Cwecwe’s mother thought it was just a stomach ache, but it was more than that. The following morning, they discovered that Cwecwe couldn’t walk properly. Her mother then checked her only to find that her ass has a hole.
Immediately she went to the clinic, where they revealed that their daughter was sexually raped. She was raped from the back through the ass as well as virginal penetration.
A case of rape was reported by the parents to the police. Not much was done to catch the perpetrators.
How injured was Cwecwe?
A surgery has to be done on Cwecwe to restore her ass to normalcy because it was cracked. Also, she complained a lot with stomach ache because more sperm were found at the back. The perpetrator penetrated her back more than the vagina.
She has been in and out of the hospital since the day she was raped.
What action was taken by the school?
Cwecwe’s mother reported the issue at school and let them know that their daughter was raped on school premises. They didn’t take the matter seriously despite Cwecwe speaking about it.
Her mother tried to ask the school to test all the males at school, but the principal couldn’t allow it.
Due to the outrage of the people all over the country. The school license has been suspended because it was a private school.(1)

How is Cwecwe now?
Cwecwe is very scared because the whole incident traumatized her. Of course she was helped by a psychologist, but still this will haunt her for the rest of her life. Whoever did that to her destroyed her future forever. So now people are pushing for justice for Cwecwe and the perpetrator to be arrested. It’s sad that the perpetrator is still roaming around in Matatiele.
