Early life
On June 18, 1992, in Bulawayo, Kudzai Andrew Ngwenya was born. He later moved to Murehwa, where he grew up.
Because he would whistle in excitement during school events, his teacher Mupa Musimbe gave him the moniker Muridzo, which translates to whistle.

Muridzo learned at Mushanhi Secondary School together with Jah Prayzah.

Music Career
He stated in an interview with a Zimbabwean media that he began singing while he was in Form 2 and was the director of the church choir. After being mentored by Jah Prayzah in 2013, he then began writing music.
Before to become a well-known artist, he and Jah Prayzah used to perform together at church. Jah Prayzah, according to Muridzo, is the one who encouraged him to start writing music and follow in his footsteps. He also claims that Jah Prayzah discouraged him from pursuing a career as a Zimdancehall musician despite his desire to do so. The 13-member Jeetaz Band is led by Muridzo.
Five members of the Jeetaz Band left him in April 2019 over claims of inadequate pay in order to join the Bark Charity Band. Andy Muridzo attended the group’s “Hupenyu Hutsva” album launch at East Point in Harare in November 2019 as a guest.

Personal life of Andy Muridzo
Chido Manyange, his wife, and they resided in Budiriro. He calls her Mai Keketso. Andy Muridzo, who had already divorced his first spouse, proposed to Nyari Mukucha in August 2019. According to Nyarie’s brother John Mukucha, Muridzo was expelled in November 2019 after being exposed in a lewd act with one of his bandmates. The band manager for Andy at the time was John. Muridzo, though, refuted the accusations of cheating.
Arrest of Muridzo
According to reports, Muridzo was detained in March 2018 after a hit-and-run incident. After an accident when he allegedly struck three automobiles close to the central business district while driving without a license, Muridzo managed to flee.
