Sindisiwe Sindi Zondo was born in KwaMashu, KwaZulu Natal Province, South Africa, on December 4, 1990s. Her actual year of birth is unknown, but we are aware of her birthday, which falls on December 4th. Simanga Konstant Zondo, her brother, was born and reared in KwaMashu. Sindi was always interested in acting since high school and decided to pursue it as a career when she moved to KwaMashu.
J.G Zuma High School, where she graduated in 2008, was her alma mater. While still in high school, she began to perform and study drama. She then went on to AFDA Academy to enhance her education. In 2016, she earned a bachelor’s degree in live performance. She also honed her acting talents at the Duma Ndlovu Acting Academy.

Career journey in acting
Sindi was a finalist in the Rhythm City Talent Search and went on to the Rhythm City Quiz Pictures Auditions in Johannesburg. She has also collaborated with Seven Colors (Urban Brew Studios). Sindisiwe has worked in film, role play, rehearsed reading, and television throughout her career.
In 2018, she won a supporting part as Sibongile in Duma Ndlovu’s Imbewu The Seed, an e.tv soap opera and drama series produced by Grapevine Productions. She appeared with well-known actors such as Leleti Khumalo, Sandile Dlamini as Phakade, and newcomers such as Nqobile Ndlovu and Anathi Gobeni.
