Zenselisphesihle Xulu is a South African actor and dancer. He is well known as Sparky, a nickname he was given when he was in high school. The actor was born 6 January 1990, age 34 years old as of 2024. He was born and raised in Imbali, Pietermaritzburg in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.
Sparky appreciated his parents so much. He posted pictures of his mother on her birthday. Also he posted photos of his father on his birthday. At some point he posted pictures of his parents celebrating their anniversary. They are his role model.
Educational background
Sparky went to high school at Matizburg College. He matriculated and enrolled to study at Rhodes University where he studied Theatre. Later on, he went to the University of KwaZulu Natal where he finished his studies.

Career of Sparky
Xulu passion for acting began when he was still young. He never liked any sports besides acting. He began working as soon after graduating as a performer at theatre in Grahamstown. The work made him to travel nationwide and in other neighbouring countries.
Later on, Sparky moved to Johannesburg to sharpened his skill in acting. He got an agency who got him a job at Msholozi street. This was his first role of appearing on television. He played a character as Vukile Mbuli on Msholozi street. The character of Vukile opened more opportunities for him. He later got more roles on shows like Zibondiwe, Ambitious and it’s complicated.
He played Qobodo in Isibaya, Detective Tuswa Isono in season one, and Pastor Luzuko in Z’bondiwe season three. In 2018, he appeared on Mzansi Magic as Muzi in Thee Herd. And in 2021, he was cast as Sika Phakathwayo on Season 3 of The Estate. He also founded the Pietermaritzburg Arts Festival to provide opportunities for young people interested in the arts.
He also appeared on the Estate where he potrayed a character as Siya. He nailed his character that he was nominated for award which he won.

Sparky has wife and children. He has two children a boy and girl. He really loves his children so much. His son has his own Instagram which was created by his wife. They seem to be a happy family. Both of his children resembles him too much.

Sparky Xulu Awards
