Sthandile was born on the 24th of September 1996 in Soshanguve in Gauteng province. She grew up alongside her brothers Ntando and S’thé Nkosi in Pretoria.

Sthandile attended Valhalla Primary School in Centurion and Pro Arte Alphen Park high school and completed her schooling in 2014. After school, she joined a prestigious university and completed her graduation in 2018. Sthandile wanted to do something different and chose acting as her career path. She knew that entering the highly competitive business would not be easy, so she took proper training from a drama school in Johannesburg.

She made her first appearance on televisionin in an episode of the MTV drama MTV Shuga 7: Down South. Also she acted as Koketso in the Mzansi Magic telefilm Nnake.
Sthandile portrayed a character as Teaspoon on Mzansi Magic soccer drama Vula Vala. In 2021, she made her appearance on Showmax TV movie Love Heist. Also she acted as a guest on Netflix paranormal series Dead Places in 2021.
In 2020, she got a leading role to play the Leon Schuster comedy film Mr. Bones 3: Son of Bones. The comedy was first published on cinemas in 2022. Sthandile also appeared on eVOD film called uMbali.
As more opportunities open up, she was a cast on the Queen where she portrayed a character as Londiwe. Later she got another role to play as Ntsiki Gasa in the Netflix supernatural series The Brave Ones.
