He attended his high at Mandlenkosi High School. Later he joined in the National Diploma in Drama and Production Studies program at the Durban University of Technology in 2016 and completed it in 2019.

Career
Nodliwa began his artistic journey in 2009 when he was only participating in school competitions and karate. From 2011 to 2014, he progressed to performing in community theater, which helped him open doors and gave him a glimpse of what the arts industry might be like. After that, in 2015, he received dance instruction from Vusi Makhanya.
In addition to numerous other venues, Nodliwa has performed on stages like the Stable Theatre, The Courtyard Theatre, Rhodes Theatre (Grahamstown), and Folkwang Theatre (Germany). He directed Thandolwethu Zembe’s play The Playroom, which was performed at the Courtyard Theatre.
