Thandeka Nodada Malinga is a South African actress who was born on the 8th of March 1983. Her age is 39 years old as of 2022. The Scandal actress comes from KwaMakutha in KwaZulu-Natal which is her hometown. When Thandi makes an appearance on television, she becomes the talk of the town since she is the only person from her hometown of KwaMakutha to have ever studied acting.

She was appearing in a cameo in Mtunzini.com when the Tshisa producers saw her and offered her the part of Thuli.

She has also acted in a number of television commercials for clients including Ricoffy, Finish dishwasher, MTN, Vodacom and Assupol. Her corporate and industrial theatre credits include IEC, South African Airways, BHP Billiton, Sun International and Edcon.
Apart from acting, Thandeka is a Director, Producer and Casting director. She was the Executive producer of THE FINAL CHAPTER PRODUCTION from 2018. 1
She gained a lot of prominences when she landed the role of Nonzi in Scandal in 2021. The actress’ fame grew as people labelled her a homewrecker because of the role that she was playing. Currently 2022, the actress is playing the role of Palesa in Showmax’s hit series The wife.
