Death be not proud. It’s sad to lose people we love, although they are just entertainers. There are few actors who actually passed away on Uzalo. Some of them didn’t die but there were rumours about them passed away.
Sipho Ngema who was well known as Terror from Uzalo died in 2020. Some people recognise him for acting on Rhythm city. His cause of death was pulmonary hypertension which resulted in heart failure. Sipho died in hospital in Johannesburg.
Sipho Ngema was known for his role as Raymond on the e.tv soapie Rhythm City, and as Terror on Uzalo. He also played a drug boss in the Mzansi Magic miniseries Stash in 2013 and more recently was on e.tv‘s Isipho.
Mandisa Mngeni who was Line Producer on Uzalo passed away in August 2022. She was part of the crew that makes everything possible for us to watch Uzalo. The cause of her death was not revealed to the public.
The news about her death was revealed on social media by Uzalo. It’s sad to lose such important people like that. The aspiring filmmaker was also a production manager in the first season of eHostela.

Nonka from Uzalo whose real Thuthuka Mthembu was reported to be dead by fake news. The news about her death spread out all over the social media platforms. It was reported that she died in accident. Most viewers were devastated about the news. It was unbelievable atleast it was confirmed by Uzalo producer that she was still alive.
Masoja Josiah Msiza he is a South African actor, poet and musician and popularly for his role as Nkunzi Mhlongo in the award-winning telenovela show named Uzalo.
Nkunzi from Uzalo whose real Masoja Msiza was also reported passed away. The news about his death spread throughout the social media platforms. He was said to have passed away after a fatal accident. After the rumours, Masoja released a video telling people that he is still alive.
Some people enjoys to spread death rumours without confirmation. Another Uzalo actor Sbu was declared dead on social media. The news were spread like fire that his friends were also worried until they found out he was still alive.
Sbu whose real name is Siphiwe Majola was very disappointed about that. He couldn’t believe what he was hearing. You can die when you are still alive.
Another one is Ntokozo Dlamini who was reported dead in a accident. Social media is very fast, the news about his death was all over. A lot of people where giving their tribute to the actor. Later it was revealed that he is alive.

Ntokozo Dlamini is a South African actor famous for his character on Uzalo as Mastermind. Mastermind was a gangster thug who would do anything to put food on the table. His character was a car hijacker, thug and fraudster who worked with Nkunzi.
Noxolo Mathula also experienced the same thing. Noxolo Mathula is well known for portraying a character as Lily on Uzalo. After his father passed away. We don’t know who twisted the news and people were paying tribute to her. It’s because they were thinking she is the one who died.
So Noxolo Mathula is not dead but his father who passed away.
