3 reason why actress Nozuko who is known as Nox on Diep City attempted to commit suicide.

3 reason she attempted to kill herself happened some time ago. She attempted suicide when she was teenager twice and once when she was in her 20s. She revealed this in a YouTube video.

What causes her to attempt to kill herself?

She believed that she was depressed from since she was a teenager. Definitely, she didn’t not know if it was depression because she didn’t consult a doctor to confirm .
“I think I was depressed from adolescence but I don’t know for sure because I never went to a doctor to confirm this,” she said.

Her first suicide attempt was when she was 16 years old. At that time she took Allergex pills. After that she was feeling drowsy and oversleeping but she didn’t go to the hospital.
“I remember being drowsy and oversleeping but I never went to the hospital,” she said

The second attempted suicide was when she was 17 years old. This was after a year she tried to kill herself when she was 16 years old. She drank paraffin because she had just lost her friend and fought with her Mom. So when her Mom left for work, she took paraffin and drank it. She thank God that she didn’t get sick and was perfectly fine.
“I had just lost a friend and that morning, I fought with my mum. When she left for work, I drank it. I didn’t get sick and I thank God it didn’t damage my organs.

Third time she also tried to take her life, she drank Allergex pills again. During that time she was 24 years old and she was in a toxic relationship. Luckily her boyfriend came to her place and took away the pills.
“We had a serious talk about it but things got worse and I was depressed because I was in a toxic relationship,” she said

Although she battled depression and attempted to commit suicide, she never revealed that to her family.

Nozuko shared some tips for dealing with depression.

“The first one is meditation as it’s about resetting your mind.

“The second one is keeping a journal. Write down your thoughts. It’s healing to see your emotions reflected back to you on paper.

“Thirdly, find out who you are and unlock your creativity and imagination. The last tip is to take action. Achieve your goals and walk the talk. This one needs a lot of discipline,” she said.
