Actress Nolo Seabi is in high spirits as she prepares to get her long-awaited breast reduction surgery.
The Scandal! actress opened up about her surgery on Instagram, saying she’d wanted a breast reduction since she was 16 years old and that she’d let her fans in on the journey when the time came.
